In 2006, my first full calendar year as a real estate agent, I was awarded the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s “Rookie of the Year” award, which recognized the top-selling new agent by volume, regardless of brokerage – as I outsold all new agents in the REBGV area that year. Since then, I have often been in the top 1or 2% of all agents within the REBGV, having consistently achieved membership in the Medallion Club (top 10%) and several President’s Club (top 1%) placements.
As a husband and father of three children, I've come to appreciate good value. This is why I am happy to work with One Percent Realty. I can provide great service and good value to my clients. My clients get the same or better services, same types of marketing, and same results while paying thousands less than they might pay elsewhere.
In my off-time, I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking – doing almost anything in nature. If I have the time, I might pick up my saxophone or dabble on the piano or guitar. My family and I can be found weekly at the Maple Ridge Alliance Church.
I have an insatiable curiousity about almost everything, which makes me a strong believer in being a life-long learner. I enjoy reading about various topics, and I am (very slowly) working my way towards an MA from Regent College, which is located at UBC.
Clients have often told me that I am down-to-earth and very enjoyable to work with. By nature, I enjoy approaching everything in life with a sense of humour, though I am, first and foremost, extremely thorough, conscientious, and detail-oriented. I feel that regardless of what a person does, it should be done to the best of his or her ability with the utmost in honesty and integrity, and I try to live my life this way on a day-to-day basis. If there’s anything I can do to help you with your real estate needs, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
