Our commission structure is simple:

• Sell your property under $900,000 for a flat fee of $9,950
• Sell any property over $900,000 for a total of 1% of the sale price + $950

This includes $4,500 (or 0.5% for higher-priced homes) for the buyer’s agent, with the remainder going to us. There’s no catch and no fine print.
